Can't Access OmniNavigator Screen while OMSI2 is running

Hello, when I start OMSI2, ON starts, but I can only see the icon on my taskbar. If I click on the taskbar icon, nothing happens, I can't maximize the screen / map or view it as a window. If I start ON without OMSI2, I can browse maps just fine, but when OMSI2 is running I cannot use the program.

I hope I've explained the issue ok, logs are attached.
