Can't accept any tour (penalty?)

    Hello fellas!

    I have a very strange bug or penalty for some days (i think since the big server down).

    I can not drive any tour for no reason, because the game won't let me.
    It does not allow either a normal tour or a bonus tour to drive.

    I atteched the exact screenshots whats happening. And no, I didn't done 3 bonus tour per day and No my collage didn't accepted this tour or I am.

    Or this problem may be connected to that is everyone is driving the new Thüringer Wald map, but in this case I'm the only one and sometimes my collage (who you can see on the screenshot) is driving in our company.

    Or maybe I received a driving penalty, because I forgot to do my assigned shift in the morning and thats a reason why I can't drive.

    Also, this problem only affects me for some reason.

    I'm looking forward to learn what's the issue here, because this bug happens randomly in my experience.

    We have checked this in detail. BBS only checks bonus tours. Scheduled tours that earn a bonus are not taken into account. However, it does not matter whether the bonus tours are completed or not. In your case, you had three tours reserved for that day. If these were all bonus tours, no further tours can be reserved, even if the first two were not completed.
