    hi think the servers have gone down as been trying to get into BCS for 30 minutes and it still wont load up so think the servers are down can't use the app on phone either

    Hello,

    We apologize for the downtime and any inconvenience caused. The server is now back up and running, and compensation for tours that could not be completed will be automatically credited during the day.

    Set the label from In process to Closed (Solution)
