Omni Navigator and Bus Company do not work in Russia I see this window and that's it, I thought the problem was with the provider, but the provider said there were no problems on their side and asked me to find out the IP address of the server to which the connection goes. So that they could check my connection to your servers. I attached 2 screenshots, when I try to launch Omni Navigator or Bus Company I see this and it doesn't go any further

Hello,
I'll ask internally what the problem might be.
In the meantime, try a VPN with a location in Germany, for example, to see if it works then
-
вы мне можете дать ip вашего сервера, что бы мой провайдер мог проверить соединение
I don't have a working VPN, you have to buy a subscription there, and why would I need to use a VPN? Previously, both the bus company and Omni Navigator worked fine without using a VPN.
it's just strange why you can't make your products on steam servers, as a result you have now blocked Russia and your products don't work for me, then make a refund, I found out in the Russian community group on omsi 2, many people there said that your add-ons also stopped working for them in Russia (bus company, omni navigator)

Hello there,
We are working on finding the root cause for the issue and we are in contact with the NOC of the server provider.
Please be patient, we do our best to find a proper solution.
-
can you give me the server ip so my provider can check

Hi there,
Please give your provider the following information:
RIPE AS24940
Network: 78.46.0.0/15
That should be enough for them to verify peering and routing. All beyond the Network-Address itself if managed by our provider.

Here's what the provider replied: This server belongs to HETZNER hosting. This hosting is partially blocked by RKN on the territory of the Russian Federation. More details here: https://www.cnews.ru/news/top/…ii_nachinaetsya_epidemiya
You can try to register DNS 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 in the device settings, but we do not guarantee that it will help.

Hi there,
I am sad to hear that network blocking is being used.
Unfortunately, we can only recommend trying to change the DNS server locally in your router or PC if the network blocks have been implemented using DNS.
However, if the network blocks have been ‘properly’ implemented, unfortunately only a VPN will help. Unfortunately, there is little we can do about this.
