  • Omni Navigator and Bus Company do not work in Russia I see this window and that's it, I thought the problem was with the provider, but the provider said there were no problems on their side and asked me to find out the IP address of the server to which the connection goes. So that they could check my connection to your servers. I attached 2 screenshots, when I try to launch Omni Navigator or Bus Company I see this and it doesn't go any further

    I'll ask internally what the problem might be.

    In the meantime, try a VPN with a location in Germany, for example, to see if it works then :)

    I don't have a working VPN, you have to buy a subscription there, and why would I need to use a VPN? Previously, both the bus company and Omni Navigator worked fine without using a VPN.

    Please give your provider the following information:

    RIPE AS24940

    Network: 78.46.0.0/15


    That should be enough for them to verify peering and routing. All beyond the Network-Address itself if managed by our provider.

    I am sad to hear that network blocking is being used.

    Unfortunately, we can only recommend trying to change the DNS server locally in your router or PC if the network blocks have been implemented using DNS.


    However, if the network blocks have been ‘properly’ implemented, unfortunately only a VPN will help. Unfortunately, there is little we can do about this.
