hi so been having problems getting on payment site for gold now I've spoken my broadband provider they say pedepe has blocked my IP Address for me to get on and renew my gold need to ask you to unblock my ID address to get on on shop

most of the time i use my phone data to pay but my ip address shouldn't be blocked anyway cause i not broken any rules and i pay full amounts when i buy premium for me and my company

funny how i can get on using my phone data only but i try to use my Broadband to get on to buy my premium on both phone and pc i cant get on the shop at all but if i use my phone data or someone else network i can get problem at all

i have yes and still the same
