    I have the minimap loaded, a tour assigned but the other manager doesn't see me on the map....

    Morning Sander, this is a quite familiar issue that occurs with more players of the CCS DLC. It could be related to the settings of your firewall, blocking one or more of the needed proceses. Try the solution from Daniel T in this other topic, it may help you solving it.
