Mit dem heutigen Update werden im Busbetrieb-Simulator Multiplayer KI-Mitarbeiter eingeführt. Da dieses Thema vermutlich einige Fragen aufwirft, möchte ich an dieser Stelle ausführliche Informationen bereitstellen.
Mit der stetig wachsenden Anzahl an Betrieben im Busbetrieb-Simulator wird es immer schwerer neue Mitarbeiter zu finden. Ein Großteil der Spieler möchte lieber einen eigenen Betrieb führen, als ausschließlich Fahrer für einen Betrieb zu sein. Um diesem Problem entgegenzuwirken, führen wir KI-Mitarbeiter ein, sodass jeder Betrieb die Chance auf Aktivität, Umsätze und Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten bekommen kann. Sie sind vor allem für die vielen kleinen Betriebe mit wenigen realen Mitarbeitern gedacht, um mehr Leben ins Spiel zu bringen.
Schon seit längerer Zeit wünschen sich viele aus der Community mehr Vorteile mit dem Gold-Status für Betriebe. Mit den KI-Mitarbeitern kommt nun ein großer neuer Vorteil für Gold-Betriebe dazu. Der Preis für den Gold-Status bleibt allerdings trotzdem gleich und wird nicht erhöht.

KI-Mitarbeiter bewerben sich gelegentlich von sich aus bei deinem Betrieb, wenn der Gold-Status im Betrieb aktiv ist und du die Bewerbung von KI-Mitarbeitern nicht in den Betriebseinstellungen deaktiviert hast. Die ersten Bewerbungen erfolgen ab dem 17. März 2026 um 14 Uhr. Es können mehrere Tage vergehen, bis eine weitere Bewerbung eintrifft.
Sorgen KI-Mitarbeiter dafür, dass mein Betrieb automatisch Geld verdient?
Nein, es war uns bei der Erstellung dieses Features wichtig, dass KI-Mitarbeiter kein "Geld-Cheat" sind. Sie fahren deshalb keine spontanen Touren, sondern erstellen für manche Tage Zeiteinteilungen. Ein Betriebsinhaber oder Mitarbeiter mit entsprechenden Rechten muss über die Disposition passende Touren zuweisen. Ohne menschliche Aktivität sind also auch die KI-Mitarbeiter inaktiv. Außerdem sind KI-Mitarbeiter nicht perfekt und können ebenfalls Schäden an den Bussen verursachen. Die Überprüfung und Instandhaltung des Fuhrparks ist also weiterhin erforderlich. Außerdem ist die Vergütung pro Tour niedriger als bei realen Spielern.
Woran kann es liegen, wenn mein KI-Mitarbeiter eine zugewiesene Tour nicht fährt?
Wenn der Tour ein bestimmter Bus zugewiesen wurde, muss dieser Bus verfügbar sein, darf nicht in der Werkstatt stehen und darf keinerlei technische Mängel aufweisen, ansonsten sucht sich der KI-Mitarbeiter einen anderen Bus aus, auf den dieselben Kriterien zutreffen. KI-Mitarbeiter suchen sich niemals Privatbusse für eine Tour aus. Ist kein passender Bus verfügbar, treten sie ihre Tour nicht an.
Wenn der Gold-Status des Betriebs abgelaufen ist, treten die KI-Mitarbeiter ebenfalls ihre Touren nicht mehr an.
Wie gehe ich vor, wenn ich keine KI-Mitarbeiter möchte?
Du kannst Bewerbungen von KI-Mitarbeitern einfach ablehnen. Wenn du keine Bewerbungen erhalten möchtest, kannst du in den Betriebseinstellungen Bewerbungen von KI-Mitarbeitern komplett deaktivieren.
Wird BBS-Premium benötigt, um KI-Mitarbeiter einzustellen oder zu disponieren?
Nein, auch ohne Premium können alle Spieler die KI-Mitarbeiter verwalten und disponieren. Einziges Kriterium ist, dass der Gold-Status im jeweiligen Betrieb aktiv sein muss.
Wie viele KI-Mitarbeiter kann ein Betrieb höchstens haben?
Das Limit liegt aktuell bei 10. Ist dieses erreicht, kommen keine neuen Bewerbungen von KI-Mitarbeitern mehr rein.
Was passiert, wenn ich einen KI-Mitarbeiter entlasse?
Der KI-Mitarbeiter arbeitet dann nicht mehr für deinen Betrieb, behält aber seine Statistiken und seinen erreichten Rang. Er wird sich dann in naher Zukunft bei einem anderen Betrieb bewerben.
