BCS only allows a tour to load once

    I got a new PC (with Norton AV installed) and after installing all maps and BCS via steam - i have a very strange problem.

    When running BCS and playing via single player option, i can only play once via BCS.

    After completing a tour and attempting to load in another tour, i get stuc on the "OMSI2 is starting now" page. But, it never starts.

    There are no other errors displayed. When it reaches this state, it is not writing a new log file - so, something is stopping BCS from talking to OMSI.

    The log file i have attached demonstrates that the first time i try to play, everything works fine.

    I have set OMSI2 and BCS to run as administrator, and I have checked on google and Chat GPT for solutions, but can't get any to work.
